No.4596/A2/01 dated 25.04.2003 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same. For Petitioner :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order of removal from service issued by the 2nd respondent, the District Elementary Educational Officer, Thiruvannamalai on 25.04.2003. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On earlier occasions, namely, on 19.11.2014 and 03.12.2014 when the matter was listed, the remarks recorded in the docket shows that no one represented for the petitioner. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
