JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Mohana Sundara Rajan, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. It is submitted that another appeal bearing W.A.No.1361 of 2021 was filed against the impugned common judgment and order dated 29.01.2019. The said writ appeal was disposed of as nothing survives for adjudication.

In light of that, the present appeal also stands disposed of. The parties may request the Court where the appeal suit is pending to decide the same expeditiously. There will be no order as to costs.
