(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to raise a grievance in a public interest litigation about appointment of trustees. We are told that a Special Officer has already been appointed on 30.04.2014 and subsequently, a new Board has taken over on 18.12.2014. In any case, these are not subject matters of public interest litigation.
