ORDER

The prayer sought for in this petition is to direct the respondent police to secure the main Accused Kannan - A1 and Puvi - A2 in Crime No.208 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matters was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the first Accused has been enlarged on Anticipatory Bail in Crl.O.P.No.4774 of 2017 and the second accused has already been arrested in connection with Crime No.208 of 2017.

In view of the same, no further orders are required in the present petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
