Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.08/2015 dated 31.07.2015 and to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to allow the petitioner to continue in service in the post of B.T. Assistant (Social Science) in 3rd Respondent School on re-employment on superannuation till the end of the academic year up to 31.05.2016 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
