This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to execute the warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram in C.C.No.197 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused surrendered before the trial Court and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
