Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2020 in accordance with law and within a stipulated period and pass orders. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.06.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property. 2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the first respondent had already fixed a date for survey of the property on 15.10.2020 at 11 a.m., and the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

already fixed a date for survey of the subject property, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct the survey in the presence of the parties concerned based on the documents possessed by them and complete the entire process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
