This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 to 3 to ensure safety and security to the petitioner besides police protection for her possession and enjoyment of the property measuring 62 cents in S.F.No.319/1A and 3.26 1/2 acres in S.F.No.344, totally 3.91 1/2 acres, in Vellaanaipatti village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District, purchased under the sale deed dated 09.07.2018(Doc.No.4826/2018) in line with the order dated 09.09.2024 made in WP No.32738 of 2022 confirmed in the order dated 06.032025 made in WA.No.195 of 2025 passed by this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the 2/4
third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to order for adequate police protection to the petitioner, in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.32738 of 2022 dated 09.09.2024, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
