Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the appeal dated 03.08.2020 submitted by the petitioner and taken on file in Na.Ka.No.1970/20-21/E1 in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 03.08.2020 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has fixed a date for enquiry on 14.10.2020 at 04.00 P.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to provide sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the second respondent and conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
