Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to count the regular service rendered by the petitioner from 21.07.1980 to 31.07.1994 (14 years) with continued provident fund contribution service in the post of Junior Assistant from 21.07.1980 for regular pension and other terminal benefits and accordingly revise the monthly pension and pension arrears with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.
