This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.V.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the respondent has already entertained the application submitted by the petitioner and called for a report from the Revenue Inspector, Kurichi, there shall be a direction to the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
