O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.2.2020 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for grant of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr. E.Bala Murugan, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 28.10.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
