O R D E R

Petitioner made a complaint to the Hon'ble Chief Minister Cell against the alleged high handedness and illegal activities of the President, Vadamuga Vellode Village Panchayat, Erode district. After receipt of the same by the Hon'ble Chief Minister Cell, a reply was issued to the petitioner stating that a report has been called for from the respondent No.2. This communication was received by the petitioner on 10.2.2014. As no further action has been taken, petitioner gave another representation on 21.9.2015 to the respondents. Seeking appropriate action on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2 Taking into consideration that the first respondent is Inspecetor of Panchayat and the pendency of the representation made on 21.9.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation on merit and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the President of Vadamuga Vellode Village Panchayat, Erode district.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
