The petitioners filed I.A.No.537 of 2014 in O.S.No.381 of 2014, before the learned Principal District Munsif, Karikkal. Since, there was no

progress, the petitioner is before this Court to fix outer time limit for disposal of the application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent. None appears on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3, in spite of service.

3. The learned Principal District Munsif, Karaikkal is directed to dispose of the Interlocutary Application in I.A.No. 537 of 2014 in O.S.381 of 2014, on merits. Such exercise shall be completed within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
