ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in para No.7(b) of the order of this Court, dated 16.03.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.6725 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.6725 of 2026 dated 16.03.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
