A matrimonial dispute leading to multiple cases and complaints. One such complaint is the subject matter of the present Criminal Original Petition, wherein, the petitioner herein has given a complaint to the respondent police on 31.03.2024 and registered as FIR No.172 of 2024 for alleging offence under Sections 294b, 506(i) IPC and Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act, wherein, the petitioner seeks for action on his complaint and expeditious completion of investigation. 2.
On perusal of the complaint and the other materials, this Court finds that dispute between husband and wife and the custody of minor children, the respondent police shall act in accordance with law under direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matters relating to domestic dispute and complete the investigation as early as possible preferably within a period of four months.

With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
