Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the proper enquiry regarding the illegal Patta granted by the respondents to 4th respondent in S.F.No.2331 (234 cents) Palur village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kanchipuram, which was given for the welfare of the village people by one Ramakrishna Iyyer to District Collector on 19.04.1971, Document No.89/1971 and to cancel that illegal patta and to consider the petitioner's representation letter to the respondents on various respective days.
