The applications in A.Nos.3107 and 3108 of 2021 have been filed praying to delete the name of the defendants 5 and 6 from the proceedings of the present suit in C.S.No.678 of 2019.

2. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits are not satisfied. Therefore, the applications are dismissed.

3. Since issues were already framed, Registry is directed to place the matter before the Master for recording evidence and list the matter after recording evidence.

4. The Master is directed to submit the report along with the depositions and documents marked, if any.
