This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the complaint arising out of money dispute.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their disputes amicably and therefore the complaint may be quashed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the investigation is under way and if the parties are decided to bury their difference and settle the matter and same may be reported to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer will take appropriate decision based on the statements of the parties.
4. In view of the above facts, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the parties to approach the Investigating Officer and make necessary statements regarding the compromise. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.06.2024 Vv 2/4
