Cont.P.No.1500 and 1502 of 2021 COMMON ORDER Since the respondents in both contempt petitions and the issue involved in both contempt petitions are similar in nature, both the petitions are heard together and dispose of by common order.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the respondent Transport Corporation has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.2210 and 2211 of 2021 wherein the Division Bench of this Court has granted stay by its order dated 8.9.2021 and the appeal is pending before the Division Bench. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also confirmed the aforesaid statement.

3. Recording the aforesaid statements made by both sides, both the contempt petition stand closed. No costs.
