O R D E R

This application is filed seeking for transfer of the case in M.C.No.111 of 2015 from the family court Erode to Sub Court, Bhavani, Erode District.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by order dated 15.03.2013 this court directed to transfer of HMOP.No.141 of 2012 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Mettur and thereafter the wife filed MC.No.111 of 2014 for maintenance.

3. I am unable to consider the contention made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that MC.No.111 of 2014 was filed under Section 171 Cr.P.C. and it cannot be transferred to Sub Court. However Crl.O.P.No.29147 of 2014 filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this court on 31.01.2014. Hence, the present petition is also dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
