These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to permit the petitioner exempting them to pay the balance Court fee of Rs.19,691/- and Rs.15,469/- in the C.M.A.SR.Nos.67066 & 67065 of 2020 respectively.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.C.Thangaraju, learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that as the petitioners have already paid the balance Court fee of Rs.19,691/- and Rs.15,469/- in the C.M.A.SR.Nos.67066 & 67065 of 2020 respectively, no further adjudication is required in these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions. Hence, these C.M.P.s may be dismissed.

3. Recording his submissions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
