The present Civil Miscellaneous Application has been filed to condone the delay in representation of papers.

2.It had been stated that the registry returned the papers for some compliances and in the meanwhile, Covid-19 pandemic crept in making it impossible for the papers to be represented within the stipulated period.

The delay is sought to be condoned.

3. In view of the same, the delay is condoned.

The Civil Miscellaneous Application is allowed.
