This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Cr.No.245 of 2024 dated 15.04.2024 on the ground that there is no material to proceed against the petitioner and the complaint is out of malafide.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that on registration of complaint, investigation has been taken up and final report has been filed.

3. In view of the material sufficient to prosecute the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, Tiruvarur District was taken on file in LTN20220002260C202400417 dated 05.06.2024.

4. In the light of the above fact, this Court finds no merits in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.06.2024 Vv 2/4
