This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the History sheet on the file of 2nd respondent in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2022.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police would submit that the respondents Police will consider the petitioner's representation on merits.

4. In such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2022 and pass orders on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
