ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that even though this Court in Crl.OP. No.28950 of 2013 directed the respondent police to conduct enquiry in respect of complaint of the petitioner dated 07.09.2013, enquiry was conducted and no case has been registered.

3.He further submitted that the matter relates to civil transaction and therefore the enquiry was closed. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also having regard to the contents of the complaint, this petition is dismissed.

4.It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
