ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, directing the third respondent viz., Revenue Divisional Officer, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2016 and to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 29.01.2014.
2. Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who has taken notice for the respondents, on instructions stated that it would be better if the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner files a fresh representation enclosing all relevant documents and then the third respondent viz., the Revenue Divisional Officer will conduct an enquiry.
3. Taking that statement on record, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation enclosing all requisite documents and the third respondent may then pass a detailed order, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner/representative to appear for personal hearing and also examine the documents and then pass an order on merits and with reasons. The petitioner is to give fresh representation on or before 15.01.2020 and the third respondent is to pass final orders on or before 28.02.2020.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
