Respondents/Respondents Prayer:

Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 4.9.2020 made in W.M.P.No.14571 of 2020 in W.P.No.11852 of 2020.

W.M.P.No.14571 of 2020:- This Petition filed praying to issue an order of interim direction directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to pay the Petitioner the Accumulation of her share of Contribution to the Contributory Pension Scheme pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

W.P.No.11852 of 2020:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed their with the High Court will pleased to issue a writ order or direction writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records from 2nd Respondent relating the order in G.O.Ms.No.59 Finance (PGC) Department, dated 22.02.2016 and quash the said order dated 22.02.2016 and direct the respondents to pay the petitioner her retirement benefits including gratuity with interest and monthly pension with effect from 01.02.2017.

JUDGMENT

(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) There is no merit in the appeal.

2. The interim applications have been disposed of by the learned Single Judge, upon fixing the main matter for consideration. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that one of the applications disposed of sought dispensation regarding the production of an order. The dispensation application will be deemed to have been allowed. Nothing remains of the appeal. W.A.No.1074 of 2020 is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.13131 and 13132 of 2020 are closed.
