ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.12.2021 at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(c) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.1166 of 2021, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were found in possession of 23 numbers of LSD Stamp without any valid license. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there are seven accused in which the petitioner is arrayed as A1. He also submits that the Charge sheet has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.122 of 2022 on the file of the NDPS Court, Chennai. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner was in conscious possession of commercial quantity of LSD Stamps and the petitioner also failed to fulfill the twin conditions as contemplated under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
