ORDER

The second respondent in W.P.No.711 of 2025 has filed the present petition to recall the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.711 of 2025 on 10.01.2025, alleging that he had knowledge of filing the said writ petition only on 02.04.2025, when he was served with a notice by the Tahsildar.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.711 of 2025, the first respondent-Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District, had conducted an enquiry and cancelled the entry in the revenue records that stands in the name of the petitioner, who is now before this Court in this WMP. The said order has already been challenged by the petitioner herein in W.P.No.18195 of 2025 and he had got an order of stay on 16.05.2025.

3. In view of the above developments, nothing survives for consideration in the present recall petition in WMP.No.16831 of 2025, and accordingly, the recall petition is dismissed as infructuous.
