ORDER

Seeking a direction to the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.135/2011 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the police has registered a man missing case and the petitioner earlier has approached this Court in HCP No.171 of 2012 and this Court has passed the order dated 28.2.2012, wherein in the operative portion, it is stated as follows: "In the result, the petition is dismissed with a direction to the third respondent to transfer the case in Cr.No.81 of 2011 from his file to the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Inspector of Police, Palacode Police Station, Dharmapuri District and the fourth respondent is directed to investigate the same along with the case in Cr.No.135 of 2011, which is pending on his file, and file a final report within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

4. In view of the above, no specific direction can be given. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the third respondent police to expeditiously conduct investigation and file a final report before the appropriate court.
