Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to extend the benefit of the order in W.P.No.2719 to 2743 of 2004 dated 24.11.2008, High Court of Madras, and regularise the petitioner's service and further direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary from 10.11.2002 to 23.02.2006 as per G.O.Ms.No.719 Home(Pri-2) Department, dated 26.08.2009.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to extend the benefit of the order dated 24.11.2008, passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.2719 to 2743 of 2004 and regularize her services and for consequential relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the order dated 20.07.2012 passed in W.P.(MD)No.3226 of 2012, the Superintendent of Central Prison, Palayankottai, by his proceedings dated 15.07.2013 in No.8851/Po.1/2013, has regularized the services of the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
