Pursuant to the direction of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Thiruvannamalai, passed in Crl.MP.No.1197 of 2021 dated 26.04.2021, the respondent police failed to register the complaint for investigation. 1/4

Hence, the petitioner has approached this court seeking appropriate direction to the respondent police to act as per the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, who took notice on the previous hearing today reports that police has registered a case in Cr.No.14 of 2024 on 25.06.2024 and also undertakes to complete the investigation within a period of two months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
