ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to investigate the complaint given by the petitioners.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) on instruction submitted that based on the complaint given by the counter parties, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.38 of 2019 against the petitioners. The petitioners have already given a complaint against the counter party and the same is also pending investigation.

3. There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to investigate both the complaints and proceed further in accordance with law.

Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
