This petition has been filed challenging the Arbitration Award passed by the Sole Arbitrator dated 28.02.2019.
2. This Court by an Order dated 03.07.2019, directed the petitioners to deposit 50% of the Award amount, i.e., Rs.7,00,00,000/- [Rupees Seven Crores only) before this Court on or before 31.07.2019 with an observation that failing to deposit the above amount, this petition stands dismissed.
3. The conditional Order passed by this Court has not been complied by the petitioners.
4. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected application is closed.
