2. Though very many grounds have been raised in the petition, however, learned Senior counsel, appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court may permit the petitioner to place entire materials before the law enforcing agency at the time of enquiry and prays this Court to issue direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent / defacto complainant submitted that the Defacto complainant may also permitted to place all the relevant materials for investigation before the law enforcing agency during the time enquiry.
4. In view of the limited relief sought for and the consent expressed by the respective learned Senior Counsel, appearing on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, issues a direction to the respondent Police to conclude the enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respective parties shall also cooperate with the investigation and shall file the materials available with them at the time of enquiry and it is needless to state that the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner.
5. These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with the above observations.
Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
