second respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's son Harish @ Chinna Harish, S/o.Padmanaban, aged about 22 years, the detenu, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set the petitioner's son Harish @ Chinna Harish, S/o.Padmanaban, aged about 22 years the detenu herein at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J.,] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in Memo No.97/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 02.05.2022, detaining her son as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.3775, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII)

Department, dated 24.06.2022 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
