Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for all the records and proceedings of the third respondent pertaining to the property admeasuring 8.42 acres in the petitioner's possession in Palliagaram Village, Madurantakam Taluk, culminating into the impugned order Na.Ka.1004/07/B1, dated 10.05.2007. quash the same and direct the authority to issue patta to the petitioners and consequently forbear the respondents or their sub-ordinates from in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property by the petitioners. 2. M/s.M.K.Hidayadullah, erstwhile learned counsel for the petitioner had sent a letter to the third petitioner on 20.07.2018 for providing information for substituting legal heirs of the first petitioner, but, there is no response. Therefore, he submitted a Memo to withdraw his appearance in this matter. Accordingly, his name is deleted.
3. Considering the representation that the petitioner is no more and the request does not survive as he sought for allotment of poramboke land, which is not sustainable in law, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
