This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.255 of 2022. 1/4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that it is a case of job scam which has been investigated by the Central Crime Branch, Chennai and after completion of investigation, final report has been filed on 30.11.2023 in SR.No.76902 of 2023. He also submits that so far the trial Court not taken the final report on file.

In view of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the Metropolitan Magistrate Court for Trial of CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai to take the final report on file, which has been filed in order and not numbered so far, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 10.06.2024 Index : Yes/No rpl To 1.The Metropolitan Magistrate Court for Trial of CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai.
