ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner's mini bus bearing Regn.No.TN 45 Y 1598 to migrate from Aravenue to Kotagiri to Anna Nagar based on the petitioner's application, dated 06.04.2026.

2. Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. As seen from the application, dated 06.04.2026 submitted by the petitioner with the respondents, the petitioner seeks migration of the route as prayed for in the said application for the said mini bus bearing Regn.No.TN 45 Y 1598. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's application as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary Page No.2 of 4

parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application, dated 06.04.2026 seeking migration of the route as prayed for in the aforesaid petitioner's application in respect of mini bus beairng Regn.No.TN 45 Y 1598, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
