The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he will restrict his claim to Rs.30 lakhs and pay the Court fee for Rs.30 lakhs and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw CMP No.11227 of 2020 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect .

2. Considering the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time for payment of Court Fee.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the matter after two weeks.
