For Petitioner (in both W.Ps) : Mr.V.P.K.Gowtham For Respondents (in both W.Ps): Mr.M.Maharaja, Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R Writ Petitions have been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 11.01.2018 wherein the petitioner has sought to declare the endowment created in 1999 with the corpus fund of Rs.7,000/-, which now fetched Rs.75,000/- for feeding the visiting worshippers at Arulmigu Hanumantharayaswamy Temple, Mudalipalayam Village during the occasion of Ammavasai days in every month, is a specific endowment. The said application filed under Section 63(d) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act is pending for consideration. The other application filed under Section 64 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act to frame a Scheme of Administration of the said specific endowment called as Arulmigu Hanumantharayaswamy Annadhana Arakattalai, Kenganayakkenpalayam, Mudalipalayam Village and the same is also pending consideration by the respondent.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's application filed under Section 63 (d) of the HR & CE Act has been numbered as O.A.No.12 of 2018 and the other application filed under Section 64 (1) of the Act is not yet numbered. If sufficient time of six months is granted, both the applications will be taken up and disposed of.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the respondent is directed to consider both the applications filed by the petitioner, on merits and dispose of the same, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these directions, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
