ORDER
The petitioner seeks variation of the permit conditions through her application, dated 20.01.2026 filed as per provisions of Section 80(3) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1968.
2. Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
3. The proposed variation involves modification of the route from Ondipudur to Titan Bus Stop by curtailing uneconomical portions and incorporating more feasible areas for improved transport service. Since the aforesaid application, dated 20.01.2026 has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's application as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application, dated 20.01.2026 filed u/s 80(3) of the MV Act seeking variation of the permit conditions as prayed for in the said application, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
