These petitions are filed (i) to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent (iii) to bring on record the third and fourth respondent herein as the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent and rank them as third and fourth respondents in the above appeal, respectively.

2. Mr. S. Sairaman, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents 3 and 4. He also did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
