The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.03.2024 in Crime No.01 of 2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 & 506(1) of IPC, seeks bail.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are no way connected with the alleged offence, whereas, they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are suffering incarceration from 19.03.2024 and they are ready to abide any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police raised objection for granting bail to the petitioners stating that, accused informed the defacto complainant that he would buy 5.16 acres of property belonging to a 3rd party for a sum of Rs.91 Lakhs and received a sum of rs. 51 lakhs in cash and Rs.12,59,500/- through UPI. They also executed sale agreement and subsequently, it was forcibly taken away from them. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of the petition.

4. On seeing the nature of allegations and that the amount has been repaid and it needs detailed investigation and if the petitioners are released on bail there is a possibility of abscondance and tampering the evidence, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
