By consent of both the parties, the main writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer sought for in these writ petitions is to quash the proceedings in Ref.e/f/vz;/m1[-303-rp/tp-2020 dated 19.06.2020 issued by the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that on 19.06.2020, the respondent has issued show cause notices to the petitioners. After issuance of show cause notices, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners have also submitted their explanations on 26.06.2020. However, the respondent has not considered their representations and so far passed any order. Challenging the impugned show cause notices, the present writ petitions have been filed.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the above facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court, is not inclined to quash the impugned show cause notices, however, directs the respondent to consider the explanations given by the petitioners and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
