Since the petitioner is not having the benefit of any interim order till date and this Court is going to take up the main appeal itself for final disposal, there is no necessity for this Court to pass any order in this petition.

2.Accordingly, this petition, which has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the Trade Mark Registration granted in favour of the contesting respondent, is closed.
