Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the application dated 4.5.2017 and issue a legal heir certificate of Deceased Padma Rajkumar.

Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the application dated 4.5.2017 wherein https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and whereby, she sought for issuance of legal heir certificate of her mother, Deceased Padma Rajkumar.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said application has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 1st respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.05.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the 1st respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
