O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 17.02.2015 given by the petitioner herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is being unnecessarily harassed by the Inspector of Police, Guduvancherry and other police officials and therefore, he sent a complaint on 17.02.2015 to the District Superintendent of Police by making allegations against the said Inspector of Police.

4. The District Superintendent of Police directed the Deputy Inspector of Police, namely, C.Mookilan to enquire into the complaint. The Deputy Superintendent of police conducted an enquiry and submitted a report to the Superintendent of Police, wherein he has given a finding that the allegations against the said Inspector https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is not true. Therefore, the complaint dated 17.02.2015 given by the petitioner has been closed.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
