Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent's proceedings made in ROC.No.PA2/4304/2008, dated 13.04.2008 and its consequential proceeding made in letter note Bc1/7658/2006, dated 26.06.2008 by the 1st respondent and to quash the same as illegal, incompetant and without jurisdiction and directing the respondents to restore the petitioner in to his service forthwith.

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent's proceedings made in ROC.No.PA2/4304/2008, dated 13.04.2008 and its consequential proceeding made in letter note Bc1/7658/2006, dated 26.06.2008 by the 1st respondent and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and directing the respondents to restore https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner in to the service, forthwith.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner was working as People's Welfare Worker (Makkal Nala Paniyalar) and when he was working as such, a disciplinary proceeding came to be initiated against him and ultimately, by an order, dated 13.04.2008, he was removed from service with immediate effect. The petitioner has challenged the said order in the present Writ Petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if this Court is pleased to pass an order, directing the respondents 1 and 2 respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 'nil' 2010, given to both first and second respondent, separately, and to pass orders there on, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame.

Considering the said submission made by the petitioner, without going into merits of the claim projected by the petitioner in the said representation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, with direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 'nil' 2010, submitted to both the first and second respondents, separately, and pass orders there on, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
